Tara was named partner in August 2011. Prior to being named partner, she worked for the firm as a law clerk and became an associate attorney in November 2004. Since then, Tara has litigated several trials and traffic matters and has successfully settled or won dismissals in many more cases. She has won a "no cause of action" jury verdict in a $500,000 property loss case and through pre-trial motions, and was able to reduce a potential jury verdict by more than 70% in another product liability case. Tara has also obtained multiple nuisance-type settlements and dismissals based upon summary disposition motions in premises liability cases. She specializes in premises liability, automobile negligence, public utility negligence and debtor/creditor disputes..
